A SOLUTION FOR BAND AND COLOR GUARD MEMBERSHIP DONATIONS
The Santa Clara Vanguard operates a Bingo program four nights a week. For the months of June, July and August volunteers are needed for Friday, Saturday and Sunday sessions starting June 7.
Please contact Nancy Mandler, Bingo Volunteer Coodinator, at mandler@aol.com prior to signing up to inform her which dates you will be working.
Below is information and instructions on how to sign up.
- Visit the Vanguard's Web Site at http://www.scvanguard.org
- Click on "Monthly Calendar" located in the directory in the left margin
- Click on the link on the top right of the calendar for "VIEW JUNE 2008". Bingo volunteers are needed for Friday, Saturday and Sunday sessions starting Saturday June 7. Click the red "Sign Up" button for the date and session you would like to work.
- You will get the screen to fill out personal information about you, the volunteer and method of contact (email or phone), and who you will be working for. It will provide the start time, the end time will vary depending on the type of job the volunteer has. Please fill out the form and submit as soon as possible. Under "Member Your Are Working For", specifiy "Westmont Band"
- IMPORTANT: When you sign in at the bingo hall, write down both the name of your student (under "Member") and Westmont (under "Corps") to receive credit. Nancy Mandler will keep track of the amount each student has earned.
- Please email Nancy Mandler which date(s) you are planning to work.

WESTMONT MUSIC FUNDRAISERS
E-Waste - Corporate Pick Ups
Westmont Music Program has set up a program with Earth Care Recycling to pick up e-waste from companies within the Santa Clara County free of charge. Proceeds from the recycler go directly to the Westmont Band Club to support the music programs.
- Companies receive a letter of appreciation from Westmont Music with a tax ID number
Please contact facilities or the department handling the e-waste for your company to find out if it is possible to donate the e-waste to the Westmont Music Program. Any confidential company items should be removed or not include in the pickup.
Many items on the recycling list are basic office items. Please contact Paul Croisetiere at croisetiere@sbcglobal.net if you have questions or would like to arrange a pick up.
Raley's/Nob Hill Quality of Life Card.
Please contact Judy Baldridge if you would like a card. The card can be activated on line and please specify you would like your purchases to go toward the Westmont Music Boosters.
eScrip
Participating business partners contribute a percentage of your grocery loyalty cards, credit card, and debit/ATM card purchases to the Music Boosters. Please visit the eScrip web site for details and participating merchants.
